How we run our events
Friendzone's programme design is customisable to create events that can suit any theme, context or audience.

The Friendzone team takes care of all event setup and preparation to create a smooth and engaging experience for your company. We ensure that the space is optimally arranged for interactive group activities and are fully equipped to manage all technical and logistical needs, allowing your team to focus on the event itself. With our attention to detail and professional approach, you can be confident that everything will run seamlessly, creating an impactful and enjoyable experience for your participants.

Upon arrival, participants are greeted at the registration table and a brief onboarding activity. They can network informally before the session begins. The programme starts with an introduction to Friendzone and our partner, followed by a lively icebreaker that encourages participants to connect across groups, fostering an engaging and interactive environment.

Following the icebreaker, participants reconvene in their small groups to begin structured discussions.
Our programmes are designed around three rounds of progressively deeper questions, allowing participants to engage comfortably and thoughtfully on the session’s theme. These conversations are guided by our custom-designed Conversation Cards, tailored to the specific topic. Depending on your needs, table hosts can be provided to facilitate and enhance the discussions, ensuring meaningful engagement throughout the session. -
At the conclusion of the small group discussions, participants gather in the central space to share key takeaways. A designated representative from each group is given the opportunity to speak, fostering collective insights.
If a representative from the partnering organisation or a guest-of-honour is present, they will be invited to deliver closing remarks or share key messages, providing a meaningful conclusion to the event. -
At the conclusion of the event, partners have the option to receive a comprehensive report summarising key discussion points, participant demographics, and feedback from the session.
Additionally, partners can choose to maintain ongoing engagement with participants through follow-up initiatives. Friendzone facilitates this by creating chat groups, enabling continued interaction and fostering deeper connections between participants and the partnering organisation. This service enhances post-event engagement and ensures lasting value beyond the session itself.
